10:00am- Teaching and Practice with short hourly breaks
1:00pm - Lunch at Namaste Restaurant, or bring your own
2:30pm - Teaching and Practice with short hourly breaks
5:00pm - Time to make offerings of Dana to the teachers
5:30pm - Close of retreat
What to Bring:
Lunch, unless you want to eat at Namaste Restaurant
Your own cushion (Chairs are available.)

A monetary offering of Dana (Generosity) for the teachers
About Dana: It is traditional to make a monetary offering to each teacher in gratitude for their vast offering to us of the precious teachings. The amount is wholly at your discretion.
